It includes selecting the most appropriate legal form for the activity the company intends to undertake,
as company formation is the first step in launching the company’s project.
The legal structures of companies vary as follows:
Establishment of all types of companies and enterprises (partnerships – civil – joint ventures – capital companies including joint stock, limited liability, and partnerships limited by shares – sole proprietorships or individual enterprises).

• Preparing and notarizing company contracts with the relevant authorities.

• Obtaining a business license from the Chamber of Commerce.

• Registering with the Tax Authority for VAT.

• Obtaining import and export licenses.

• Obtaining the tax card.

• Registering in the commercial registry.

• Registering with social insurance.

• Obtaining necessary licenses (local licenses – industrial licenses).

• Merging companies.

• Liquidating companies.

• Establishing representative offices and foreign branches inside and outside Egypt.

• Preparing documents required for security clearances to deal with the military (Military Intelligence) and police.
